Coronavirus Pandemic Update

Our number one priority is the well-being of the families we serve. With your help, we will continue to care for them and meet their needs. For the next six weeks, we will not be operating our rotational shelter program.  This means that any congregation scheduled to host in the next six weeks will not be doing so.

Our current families are settled in our transitional houses. We are not currently taking in new families for any of our housing programs, despite our waiting list. We will continue to provide referral resources via telephone to our main office line at 678-594-3150. Our food box program with Action Ministries is also temporarily suspended.  We are continuing the telephone contacts with graduates in the Graduate program but will not hold our monthly in-person meetings. We are monitoring the ongoing situation and will continue to provide updates as necessary.

Thank you for your prayers and your ongoing support. We may be physically practicing distancing, but our hearts are not. We will come up with new, creative ways to serve and meet the needs of those in our community.  We will protect the most vulnerable in Cobb County.
