Items to Donate

Gift Cards

Any amount for gas, pantry staples, and other needed items. The most useful are any gas station, Walmart, Target, Publix and Kroger gift cards.

Supplies

Paper

Napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, zip lock bags (various sizes).

Cleaning Supplies

Laundry detergent, fabric softener, stain remover, bleach, hand sanitizer, Lysol spray, Lysol wipes, liquid dish soap, dish towels, all-purpose cleaner, glass cleaner, toilet cleaner, trash bags (all sizes), sponges.

Office Supplies

Copy paper, resume paper, tape refills, postage stamps, thank you cards, pocket folders, notebooks with pockets, light bulbs.

Linens

Towels, wash cloths, twin fitted sheets, twin blankets, new pillows, pillow cases.

Food Staples

Coffee, hot chocolate, ramen noodles, tea, microwave popcorn, peanut butter, juice boxes, individual bags of chips, cheese sticks.

Furniture

We do not have space to store furniture. To check and see if we can use the item you wish to donate, please send a picture and the dimensions of the item to donations@familypromisecobbcounty.org and we will let you know if we can use the item. Please consider using Simple Needs GA (www.simpleneedsgablog.com) for furniture donations, as many of our guests utilize their services.

Clothing

Due to limited shelter space, we do not accept clothing donations. Please consider using MUST Ministries (www.mustministries.org) for clothing donations, as many of our guests utilize their services for clothes.

Vehicles

Our corporate partner Massey Automotive will ensure that we receive the proceeds of the sale of your donated car, or make the car available to a family in need.  For more information about donating a car, please contact Massey Automotive at 770-971-4466 or email info@familypromisecobbcounty.org.
